He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Montaque; his children, Lori Kramp (Doug) and Kenneth Raymond Jr. "Buzz" (Missy); his grandchildren, Audra Parham (Mark), Andrea McGraw (Rory), Meagan Hill (Joshua), Josh Kramp (Amy), Dustin Kramp (Mia), Rebekah Polley and Kent Baker (Jeanie); his great grandchildren, Tori Thomas (Ronnie), Ansley, Reese McGraw, Barret, Gunner Hill, Josiah, Elise Kramp, Carson, Liam Canterbury, Lincoln, Rosie Kramp, Hunter, Hinzley Baker and Mallori Polley; and his great great grandchild Xavier Hollifield. He is also survived by his wife, his children, his extended family, and a host of dear friends.
