She is survived by: her sons, Kaeden Anthony Shepherd and Clayton "Trey" Richard Temple III; her parents, Misty Patton-Starkey (Jeffery) and Anthony Crigger; her siblings, Elizabeth Crigger, Alyssa Adkins, Matthew Dale, Avery Crigger, Destiny Krisha, Daniel Strickling, Starrlynn Duffey, Jaiden Duffey, Jaida Duffey and Anjel Roberts; her grandparents, Mary and Lawrence Patton; her uncle Alexander Patton (Lisa); her grandmother Joyce Mechling; and her aunts, Patricia Shepherd (Woody) and Carolyn Johnston (Barry). She is also survived by her 4 nieces and 4 nephews.
