He is survived by: his wife Talma Lee; his daughters, Suzanne Madden, Sheri Ratliff (Bill) and Joann King (Fred); his grandchildren, Ashley Madden, April Madden, Jamie Hess (Leo), Billy Ratliff (Kelsi), Aaron King (Bertha), Cody King (Tylene), Karista King and Derek King (Courtney); his siblings, Mick Lee, Roger Lee, Pam Picklesimer (Dwayne) and Linda Sevits; and his pet Pollie. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
