She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Vincent, Eleanor Arnold, Vernon and Virginia Kubasek; her uncles, Bill Arnold, Dean Sager and Tony Roberts; her aunt Melody Woessner; and her cousins, Kayla Lucius and Marissa Rosile.
She is survived by: her parents, Ken Kubasek and Jill Kubasek; her brother Dan; her sister-in-law Melissa Kubasek; and her nephew Elias Kubasek. She is also survived by aunts & uncles, numerous cousins, and friends.
