She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Holzworth and Caroline "Lena" Holzworth (Zimmerman); and her siblings, Marie Melching (James), Evelyn Bemiller (Carl), Eleanor Borsani (Albert), Marge Roush (Samuel) and Lawrence. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
