He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Collins and Mae Collins (Kusa); his grandson Adam Collins; his siblings, June Blachowski (Mitch), Nancy Cheon (Mike) and David Collins (Stephanie); and his brothers-in-law, Terry and Larry Philpott.
He is survived by: his wife Judie Collins; his children, Greg Collins, Tim Collins (Karen), Jeff "Bo" Collins and Kathy Collins; his stepchildren, Wendi Ward (Jim) and Barry Wills; his grandchildren, Matt Collins (Sara Beth), Katie Cunningham (Colt), Kara Collins and Amanda Collins (Jake Stevens); his stepgrandchildren, Sarah Heinevetter (Markus), Anna Lathers (Jake) and Matt Ward; his great grandchildren, Ava, Emily, Mason, Myles, Ella, Lucas, Colton, Eleanor and Lorelei; and his in-laws, Janet Swartz (John), Cathy Lux and Mike Philpott (Donna).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary of the Snows Catholic Church or the Humane Society of Richland County.
