He is survived by: his wife Rosanna Middleton Stamper; his children, Thomas Kososky, Timothy Stamper (Connie), Mark Stamper and Dorothy Smith; his stepchildren, Gilbert Woods, Susan Cooper and Nicky Woods (Shelly); his stepdaughter-in-law Jamie Woods; his grandson Connor Woods; his siblings, Virgil Stamper, Jack Stamper (Linda), Paul Stamper (Liz), Arthur Stamper (Sherry), Wilma Jean Lewis (Bobby), Joann Clifton (Mitchell), Frances Dehart (Bill), Ruth Riley, Lottie Wilson and Reba Mays; and his close friends, George Zackman and Bill Leonard. He is also survived by thirty-five grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
