She is survived by: her mother Rosia Lee Adkins; her daughter Alexas Rose Adkins; her aunts and uncles, Vonda "Fay" Dillon, Mary K. Lewis, Elmer (Loretta Hall), Bobby Hall and Larry Hall; her brothers, Richard (Judy Hall), Stanley (Aliva Gilbert), Norman (Laura Adkins) and Robert Adkins; her fiancé Timothy Sloulin; and her fiancé's children, Jasmine Sloulin, Harley Sloulin and Noah Sloulin. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
