She is survived by: her daughters, Karie (Adam) and Valerie (Kevin); her grandchildren, Josiah, Isaiah, Rebekah, Micaiah and Aliyah; and her siblings, Jean Haddox, Kathy Myers and Mike Montgomery. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
