She was predeceased by: her parents, Finis Boyd and Hattie Mary Howell (Pinkerton); her husband Leonard Lee Long; her children, James Boyd Long and Marcie Annette Hess; her grandson Wesley A. Hess; and her siblings, Earl, Ken Howell and Johnnie Treese.

She is survived by: her daughter Janice Beavers; her son-in-law Randy Hess; her grandchildren, Leslie Long Doan (Ryan), Jamie Hess Earhart (Victor), Stacy Long Parsons (Nick), Bret Beavers (Brit) and Matt Beavers (Julie); and her brothers, Billy and Ricky Howell. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great granddaughters.
