She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Williams; her daughter Patricia L Swartz; and her siblings, Arnold, Harold, Curtis, Charles, Herbert Gulley, Charlotte Parsons and Mary Irene Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Wirick (Roger) of Mansfield, OH, Bill Sammons (late Sharon), Michael Sammons (Diana) of Vanceburg, KY and Timothy Sammons of Mansfield, OH; her son-in-law Edward Swartz (late Patricia) of Mansfield, OH; and her sisters, Mildred Kline and Betty Thurston of Indiana. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
