She was predeceased by: her parents, Merritt Mishey and Grace Mishey (Frazier). She is survived by: her husband Harry Welsh; her son Jim Leedy (Gloria Canales); her stepson Tim Welsh; her sister Marcia Fletcher (John); her stepgranddaughter Shadia; her stepgreat-granddaughter Zoe; and her close friends, Cheryl Brumit, Sharon Pismer and Priscilla Vanarsdalen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Jean's memory may be made to Ontario United Methodist Church or Southern Care Hospice.
