He is survived by: his parents, John Phillips and Sharon Phillips (Duffner); his daughter Bailey; the mother of his child Tina Phillips of Mansfield; his sister Jennifer Pate (John) of Delaware; and his aunts and uncles, Carl Duffner (Thelma), Jerry Phillips (Sarah), Judy Berry, Jean McKinley (Gail) and Joyce Dininger (Mike). He is also survived by many cousins and great friends.
