She is survived by: her daughter Bibianne (Doug Galuzny); her granddaughters, Clare Marie, Ana Therese and Angelina Rose; her siblings, Dottie Durant and Stanley Schultheis; her nephew Michael Schultheis (Shelley); her nieces, Beth D'Antonio, Heidi McCoy (Rich) and Abigail Zimmerman (Chris); her husband Frank; her brother Kenneth; her sister-in-law Geneva; her sister Sandy; her brother-in-law Thomas Durant; and her niece Julie McGlade (Steve).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Polly's name to the Eternal Word Television Network (EWTN).
