She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gaughan and Elizabeth Sempa Gaughan; and her husband Alfred J. Silka. She is survived by: her children, Laura Phillips (Larry) of Mansfield, Mary Ann Kudrak (John) of Lexington and Michael Silka (Bonnie) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Mark Carroll (Debi), Kathryn Edwards (Doug), Ashley Sowers (Daren), Bryan and Sydney Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Kayla, Emma, Roman, Isla, Ezra, Wells and Lawson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Catholic School.
