She was predeceased by: her father Earl; her brother Edward; her grandparents, John Creyton Gilkison and Sarah Coffinberry Gilkison; her daughters, Nancy Hartman (Douglas Hartman) and Carolyn; and her grandson Scott Hartman (Amy).
She is survived by: her former husband William E. Levison; her son Philip (Estelita); her great grandchild Addison Hartman; her granddaughter-in-law Amy Hartman; and her husband Bill'.
