He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Garber and Phyllis Garber (Sherman); his son Brian Garber; and his granddaughter Charlotte Garber. He is survived by: his wife Connie Garber; his grandchildren, Hollie Garber and Nick Garber; his brother John A. Garber (Eilene); his nephews, Jason Garber and Dustin Garber; his cousins, Lester Beasley, Danny Beasley, Sharon Quicci, Karen Prosser, Laurie Shamp and Rob Sherman; and his aunt Jane Beasley. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Richland County Humane Society.
