She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Lowrey and Deming Lowrey; her sister Linda Lowrey (Jon Bell); and her grandson Mitch Miller (Douglas). She is survived by: her children, Melinda Bell Allenbaugh (Jamie) and Jon Bell; her siblings, Debby Miller (Eric) and Tim Lowrey (Sharon); her grandchildren, Jacob Miller, Madeline and Spencer Bell; and her great grandchild Lucy Miller.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Blymyer Hall at the First Congregational Church (640 Millsboro Rd, Mansfield, OH 44903).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be sent to the North Central Ohio Land Conservancy.
