He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Jacobs and Mary Jacobs Rush (Woodruff); and his stepson Robert Matz. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Jacobs (Matz); his daughters, Angel Bell and Kassie Barber (Jarrod); his stepson Cody Matz; his stepmother Shirley Jacobs; and his siblings, Mary Windsor (Bud) and David Jacobs (Denise). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
