She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Ann Powell and John Williams; her sisters, Cassandra Powell and Cindy Powell; her uncles, Mike Powell and Jeffery Powell; her aunt Ellen Lloyd; her grandmother Carolyn Powell; and her great-grandparent Caroline Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Antonio Powell, Devin Powell, Dekari Powell and Cynthia Powell; her siblings, John Powell (Michelle) and Nikki Cross (Brian); her uncle Andy Powell; and her aunt Charity Powell. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, relative and friends.
