She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Burriss (Lewis) and Othiel Burriss; her husband Orville "Pete" Parnell; her son Joseph Parnell; and her siblings, Willard Burriss, Charles Burriss, Nelson Burriss, Gene Burriss, Larry Burriss, Janet Meadows and Phyllis Ann Burriss.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Parnell (Peggy), Shirley Gimbel (Rick) and Michael Parnell; and her brother Glen Burriss. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and many beloved family and friends.
