She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Henderson and Holly Henderson; her husband Richard Shade; and her sister Betty Cook. She is survived by: her children, Anita Collins of Mansfield and Bryan Shade (Tracy) of Mansfield; her granddaughters, Kayla Ennis (Stephan) of Virginia, Kara Miller of Lexington and Haylee Shade of Mansfield; her great grandchildren, Trenton, Colton and Grayson Ennis of Virginia; and her sister Beulah "Boots" Henderson of West Virginia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
