He was predeceased by : his parents, Carlie Lewis and Nellie Lewis (Hunt); and his siblings, Kelly Lewis, Joe Lewis, Ellen Hursh and Verlene Fellure.

He is survived by : his wife Carol Pagani Lewis; his children, Gary Iceman (Amanda) and Kelly Spencer; his stepson Shane Spencer (Carla); his grandchildren, Nicole Rhinehart (Mike), Taylor Iceman (Jackie), Andrew Iceman, Kevin Stamper, Timothy Heichel (Brittany), Shanna Willis (Tony), Jessie Spencer and Bruce Spencer; his close friends, Buttons Blevins and Mike Yahney; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Fellure and Anoka Jane Lewis. He is also survived by family members including many nieces, nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
