He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan W. McNeill and Ruth Fearn McNeill; his son Steven McNeill; his nephew David Brower; and his siblings-in-law, Ariane Smith Ward (Kenneth Ward) and James Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Smith McNeill; his daughter Linda McNeill Wilson (Doug) of Huron; his grandchildren, Alex Brown and Leslie Brown Miller (Nick); his great grandchild Blaine Miller; his son Craig McNeill (Jodi) of Mansfield; his grandson Evan McNeill (Morgan); his great grandchildren, Austin McNeill, Easton McNeill (Abby) and Janson McNeill; his grandsons, Matthew McNeill of Denver, CO and Kyle McNeill of Phoenix, AZ.; his sister Anne McNeill Brower of Indiana; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Smith Hogue and Donna Nafziger Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
