She was predeceased by : her mother Mary Jane Holbrook (Bolen); her brothers, Charles, Jimmy and Ronnie Collins; her niece Julie Pollard; and her grandson Austin Collins.

She is survived by : her father Clarence Ray Collins; her sons, Jeffery and Jeremy Collins; her sisters, Nancy Boyd (Jeff), Tilitha "Tyi" Tackett (Richard) and Keisha Collins; and her grandchildren, Sean Collins, Logan Eckert, Arianna Davis, Damien Collins and Izabella Randolph. She is also survived by 2 aunts and several nieces and nephews.
