He was predeceased by: his father Paul O. Haycook; his wife Maxine Haycook; and his brothers, Ronnie Haycook and Richard Haycook. He is survived by: his son David Haycook (Rose); his grandchildren, Tara Hartley (Lief), Cathy Haycook, Michael Ray (Angie) and Angie Patrick (Shane); his great grandchildren, Briana Brauchler (Nick), Brooklyn Wright (Nathan), Christina Sisak (Kevin), Kristin Burton (Matt), Victoria, Emily Gibson (Matt) and David Ray; and his great great grandchildren, Hudson, Kennedy, Hunter, Hayden, Denali, Adaline, Owen and Leo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
