He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul S. Franks and Margaret Franks (Ruggles); and his brother Gerald Franks. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Franks (Cervinski); his daughters, Pam Franks and Shelley Franks; and his granddaughter Samantha Webb. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
