She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kovinchick, Sr. and Mary Kovinchick (Kudika); her husband Ralph Kelsay; and her siblings, Peter Kovinchick Jr., Paul Kovinchick, Judy Edwards and Michael Kovinchick.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Kelsay and Greg Kelsay (Soni); and her sister Patty Hamilton.
