We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2023, at the age of 64, Priscilla Renee Rowe of Mansfield, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Billy J. Snyder and Elnora Snyder; and her brother Phillip Snyder. She is survived by : her husband Charlton "Chuck" Rowe; her children, Danielle Gitto (Stephen), Elise Rowe (Dustin Barre) and Alexander Rowe; her grandson Anthony Gitto; her siblings, Paul Snyder (Sue) of Perrysville, Peter Snyder (Lisa) of Ashland, Patrick Snyder (Jennifer) of Loudonville and Polly Frazier (Ken) of Maryland; and her sister-in-law Carmen Munoz of Perrysville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with their children.
