We are sad to announce that, on March 30, 2022, at the age of 70, Richard C. Windbigler of Mansfield, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Clifton; and his sisters, Sherry Fox and Janice Windbigler. He is survived by: his wife Melba Windbigler (Bond); his daughter Destiney Williams (Matthew); his grandchild Lyric Williams; his siblings, Jerry Windbigler (Rodger Hans), Terry Windbigler (Nancy) and Nancy Riess; and his brother-in-law Ralph Bond (Louise). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
