He was predeceased by: his wife Vivian Jean; his parents, Helen Mills and Albert Mills; and his siblings, Jim, Tom and Jerry Mills.
He is survived by: his son Michael Mills (Nicole); his grandchildren, Anthony Mills and Amber Dornbusch (Thomas); his great grandchildren, Levi and Catherine Jean; and his sister Joann Sferro. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
