He is survived by: his children, Vicki Kamal (Ehab), Deidre Dillon (John) and Mark Butterman (Angela); his grandchildren, Sam, Joe, Weston, Chris, Nick, Ashley and McKenzie; and his sisters, Pat Accountius (Jack), Barb Summerlin and Marilyn Balthrope. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
