He was predeceased by: his parents, Fedencio Flores and Francessa Flores; and his siblings, Eduardo Garcia, Armida Dormane, Roberto Flores and Irma Cabarga.

He is survived by: his wife Elma E. Flores (Fitzpatrick); his sister Rose Jacinto (Joe); and his grandchildren, Charles Pennington (Amanda), Michael Pennington, Keith Pennington II, Amber Pennington, Jasmine Pennington and Danielle Pennington (Will Estep). He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
