He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Carroll (Binion); and his siblings, Gary Carroll, Judy Pittman and Larry Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Carroll (Gibbs); his children, Eric Dininger, Christina McDowell, Roger L. Carroll and Judy Carroll; his grandchildren, Ashley, Kaitlyn, Matthew, Kaden and Corianna; his brother Casey Carroll; and his nephew Elden Lee Carroll. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren, and great-nieces.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mansfield Cemetery (389 Altamont Ave, Mansfield, OH 44902).
