He is survived by: his daughters, Terrie Capra (Tom) and Tammy Wentz (Jim); his grandchildren, Tyler Capra, Kristy Campbell (Adam) and Cole Wentz (Kaylee); his great grandchildren, Chase, Carter and Cody Campbell; and his brother Mike Smith.
