He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Hout and Jean Hout (Groff); Martin Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Marida Lewis; his sister Karen Bishop (Bud); his children, Keith Hout (Thila) and Alyson Estep (Cameron); his grandchildren, Ian, Meera, Gavin Hout, Amelia and Theo Estep; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Lewis and Darla Lewis.
