He is survived by : his children, Nichole Sheline (Ryan) and Chad Sowash (Julie); his sisters, Pat Goodman, Sherry Bonnett and Marty Jo Williams (Mike); his caregiver Judy Hatfield; and his close friends, Mark White and Joe Riffe. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
