She is survived by: her sons, Charles William Clay, Jr. (Charlene) of Mansfield and Norman Dean Clay of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Charles Clay, III (Anita), Melissa Ann Clay, Johnny Clay (Chrissy) and Brandi Montgomery (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Alexandria and Ryleigh.
