She was predeceased by: her parents, Anastasios Stergiathou and Melpomenis Stergiathou; her son-in-law Ed Jackson; and her pets, King Tut and Prince Neapolitan.

She is survived by: her children, Elena Nickolaou Jackson, Cathy Mastin (Jim) and George Nickolaou (Laurie); her grandchildren, Gabriel, Joy (Nick), Daniel (Ali), Jed (Jenna) and Anthony; and her great grandchildren, Sophie, Zoe, Adrian, Avery, Joel, Maci and Maverick. She is also survived by three children, five grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
