Craft of Mansfield, OH, Mary Rowe of Vanceburg, KY and Loretta Holbrook of Mansfield, OH; his father Raymond Bivens; his grandparents, Troy, Virginia "Marie" Holbrook and Frank; and his stepgrandmother Ruby Bivens of Vanceburg, KY.
He is survived by: his mother Corrine Bivens; and his siblings, John "Mitch" Craft (Susanne) of Shelby, Robert L. Craft, Gregory Bivens (Barbara) of Mansfield, Raymond Bivens Jr. of Portsmouth, OH, Tony Craft (Cindy Simmons-Craft) of Fort Worth, TX, Betty Rowe of Garrison, KY, Brenda Dearing of Flemingsburg, KY, Karen Bivens (Jerry Dewitt) of Mansfield, OH and Angie Eichinger (Rich) of Ashland, OH. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
