She is survived by: her siblings, Otis "Koke" Cummins (Cheryl) and Sara Cummins (Bernard Fuller); her daughter Libby Black; her friend Kelly McDevitt; her son Andy Black (Hope Mitnick); her grandchild Madina "Maddie" Black; and her daughter Katy Davis.
