He was predeceased by : his parents, William H. Bechtler and Mary Ann Bechtler (Kepes); his brother Steven Bechtler; and his brother-in-law Dan Reber. He is survived by : his wife Tracy Spencer; his sisters, Marla Reber and Martha Bechtler (Laura Gustin); his stepson Robert "Mac" Harbaugh (Emily); and his stepgrandson Declan Harbaugh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
