It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Edwin Frasher of Mansfield, Ohio, who passed away on March 30, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Frasher; his brother Jim Shafer; his brother-in-law Gordon Isbell; his stepfather Bill Hedrick; and his sister Jean Gigere.
He is survived by: his sisters, Sharon Bonham (Jim), Carol Shafer Isbell and Sondra Wilging (Bruce); and his close friend Murphy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
