He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Warner and Lucille Warner (Harick); his children, Thomas Warner and Tonia Warner; his sister Melena Poth; and his brother-in-law Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Davida Warner (Frank); his children, Thurston Warner (Susan), Tabitha Haddox (John) and Theodore Warner (Sara); his grandchildren, Alec, Kyle, Lauren, Mitchell, Jillian, Natalie and Xander; his great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Daniel, Isaiah, Amelia and Lily; and his siblings-in-law, Stanley, Karen and Beth.
