She was predeceased by : her mother Rena Chinn (Blankenship). She is survived by : her husband Troy; her sons, Robert K. Adkins, Les E. Adkins (Amber) and Cody J. Harris (Alessandra); her grandchildren, Cailey Adkins, Bryson Adkins, Carter Adkins, Ava Newsome and Tyler Adkins; her father Edward W. Chinn; her brother William E. Chinn; and her sister-in-law Dawn Chinn.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to OhioHealth Hospice.
