He is survived by: his children, Tracey R. Fast of Ashland, OH, Wendy Bond (Jerry) of Mansfield, OH, Sandy Anderson of Westerville, OH. and Dwayne Worthington of Lancaster, OH; his grandchildren, Parker Weitzel, Payton Fast and Kyle Bond; his aunt Faye; and his friend Josh.
