He was predeceased by: his parents, Myles S. Bell and Sylvia M. Bell (Neptune); his siblings, Bill Bell and Anna Mae Rose; and his brother-in-law Dean Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Bell; his son David; his daughter-in-law Chris Bell of Harrison; his daughter Kay Bell; his son-in-law Michael Wright of Grove City; his grandchildren, David (Bridget Bell), Daniel (Katie Bell), Dr. Michelle (Ryan Wills), Melissa McConnell (Jordan Wilt), Dr. Lorena (Nihar Shah) and Samantha McConnell; his great grandchildren, Lilly, Kynsley, Nathan, Aiden, Noah, Levi, Lena, Kyle and Arlo; and his sister Shirley M. Smith of Mansfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
