He is survived by: his granddaughters, Allison and Abbie; his wife Dee Johnson (Wortman); his sons, Matt Johnson (Sable) of Mansfield, Marc Johnson (Amy) of Mansfield and Mike Johnson of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Dustin Porter, Cortney, Cory Frank, Gabby, Brock David and Jordan Sanborn; and his brother-in-law Jack Clemens of Mansfield. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
