He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Hoelscher and Ruby E. Hoelscher (Coffman); and his brother Robert Hoelscher. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Hoelscher of Fredericktown, Keli Montalvo (Ivan) of Fredericktown, Adam Hoelscher (Alexa) of Mansfield and Shelby Meier (John) of Maryville, TN; his sister-in-law Donna Hoelscher; and his siblings, James Hoelscher (Marsha) of Houston, TX, Barb Kenney (Bob) of Marengo and Mary Lou Yoder (Harvey) of Lexington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
