He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, David Miller (Michele), Karen Marshall (Bill), Carol Koehler (Dean), William Jr. Miller (Don) and Andrew Miller (Judy); his grandchildren, Samantha, Henry, Olivia, Mark (Ashley), Keith (Kristen), Andrea (Andrew) and Jessica (Jeff); and his great grandchildren, Lily, Luke, Collin and Hudson.
